Returns Policy

If an item is unsuitable or not what was expected, you may return it to us either by returning it via post or courier service. This cost to return the item/s will be incurred by yourself and not reimbursable from Total Radiators. All purchases have a 14 day no quibble returns policy.

Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage or delivery number (if using a courier service) when returning goods. If the goods are not returned to Total Radiators in their original packaging, or returned in an unfit condition, Total Radiators have the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any damaged goods must be reported to us directly within 24 hours of receipt.

We will process your refund the same day, where possible. Please allow up to 7 days for the funds to show in your account. We will only refund the amount for the goods and do not refund delivery charges.

Total Radiators will not charge an administration fee for Returns.

Total Radiators are not responsible for goods that may be lost in post or transit, whilst being returned.
